The Associate Training Programme (Modules 1 and 2) is for all professionals, irrespective of discipline, with fewer than 15 years of professional experience, who intend to practice arbitration as an Associate of the Nigerian Institute.
This program is a 5-day training that provides guidelines on emerging trends in Arbitral proceedings and other modern dispute-resolution mechanisms. It uses a variety of teaching formats, emphasising active participation in the learning process and providing opportunities for participants to understand the practice of arbitration and other forms of ADR.
Practical exposure to modern arbitration and ADR practices, equipping participants with skills directly applicable to real proceedings and emerging dispute-resolution trends.
